VniVid Technologies Desktop Software,Web Applications,Websites and Mobile applications License Agreement

You cannot express failure to have read or have acknowledge this agreement, if you are using any desktop,web or mobile applications which are officially developed by VniVid Technologies and which are having registered copyrighted material of VniVid Technologies.

Please note that we do not provide support or assistance to Free and Demo installation products for desktop and mobile applications.

The names and or images used are with permissions and hold copyright of their respective owners. AV3 and VP are copyrighted logos and trademarks of VniVid Technologies.

VniVid Technologies reserves right to modify and or add terms to this agreement from time to time and you will be bound to the terms and conditions.

When you purchase the product from VniVid Technologies, you AGREE and ACCEPT following terms and conditions This License is a legal agreement between you, the licensee, and VniVid Technologies and its Distributor, the licensor. Please read the terms carefuly before continuing installation. This is applicable to desktop and mobile applications and web applications as well. In consideration of payment of the License Fee, which is a part of the price evidenced by the Receipt, the Licensor grants to the Licensee a nonexclusive right. VniVid Technologies reserves all rights not expressly granted, and retains title and ownership of the Software, including all subsequent copies in any media. This Software and the accompanying written materials are copyrighted. Copying of the Software or the written materials is expressly forbidden.

You can: - use one copy of the software, identified by a unique license number, on a single computer(or mobile device). - make one copy of the media solely for backup purpose. - install the software on a network, provided you have a unique license number of the software for each computer(or mobile device) on the network.

You can not: - sublicense, rent or lease any portion of the software(or mobile application). - debug, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, reverse engineer the software(or mobile application)

Disclaimers: The Software,Web(and mobile application) is being delivered to you "AS IS" and VniVid Technologies makes no warranty as to its use or performance. VniVid Technologies and its distributors do not and cannot warrant the performance or results you may obtain by using the software. In no event will VniVid Technologies, Owners or its Distributors be liable to you or anyone else for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever for any consequential, direct or indirect, incidental damages, or any lost profits or lost savings including loss of data, arising out of the use or inability to use this software package, Website(or mobile application). VniVid Technologies's liability if any and that of its Distributors, if justified shall be limited to the amount paid for the software as indicated in the receipt(if product is purchased).

Data Backup : You are required to backup your data regularly on a safe media and store it in a safe place. You are required to buy a separate license for each computer system on the network. The disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless of whether you accept the software.

2) WE WILL PROVIDE SUPPORT TO PURCHASED SOFTWARE AND MOBILE APPLICATIONS BY REMOTE(INTERNET CONENCTING) DESKTOP METHOD ONLY. THIS APPLIES TO SOFTWARE AND MOBILE AND WEB APPLICATIONS (WEBSITE).

For Ozus App : 1) We are maintining the member's data privacy with utmost primority. But we cannot gurantee any system involved data compromise incidence. 2) THE DATA WHICH IS ENTERED TO OZUS WEBSITE AND MOBILE APPLICATION IS DIRECTLY ENTERED BY USER. OZUS APP/WEBSITE AND VNIVID TECHNOLOGIES (INCLUDING OWNERS) DO NOT HOLD ANY LIABILITY, GURANTEE OR RESPONSIBLITY FOR DATA ADDED BY USERS. OZUS APP/WEBSITE WILL ADD/MODIFY DATA ONLY ON USER'S REQUEST. ALL REGISTERED USERS ARE ADVISED TO VERIFY THE DATA BEFORE MAKING ANY CNNECTION WITH THE PARTICULAR REGISTERED USER.
